Usage & Care Guide
- Use Mild Cleaners and Soft Sponges: Wash with gentle dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid harsh scrubbing to maintain shine and prevent scratches.
- Dry Immediately After Washing: Wipe utensils dry right after washing to avoid water spots and preserve their polished look.
- Avoid Overheating Empty Utensils: Do not heat stainless steel utensils without contents, as it may cause warping or discoloration.
- Special Care for See-Through Polycarbonate Products: Do not store in the refrigerator - low temperatures can cause cracks or damage over time.
Clean with a damp cloth and reqularly wipe joints and edges to remove moisture buildup, prevent rust, and avoid water spots. - Store in a Dry Area: Keep utensils in a dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture buildup and rust over time
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return window for eligible products in cases such as manufacturing defects, transit damage, size mismatches, or incorrect deliveries. To initiate a return, please share clear images of the issue via WhatsApp to +91 98944 29610 within the return period. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon approval, or a replacement will be issued for valid claims.
Please note: Orders that are delivered correctly and in good condition are not eligible for return, even if placed by mistake. Returns are also not accepted for used or customised items, or for orders placed through third-party platforms.
Shipping and Delivery
- Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days.
- Chennai & Bangalore: Delivery in 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: Delivery in 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Orders placed after Saturday evening, including those on Sunday, will be thoughtfully processed on Monday.
