Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing JVL Classicware. We value your trust and aim to keep our policies clear and transparent.

Returns 

Returns are accepted only if you receive:

  • A wrong product
  • A damaged item
  • An item with dents, size mismatch, or missing/broken parts

Important Conditions

  • Returns are applicable only for orders placed on www.jvlclassicware.com
  • Orders delivered correctly and in good condition are not eligible for return, even if placed by mistake
  • Please review product details and sizes carefully before placing your order

Returns Not Accepted For

  • Used, misused, or altered products
  • Items with tampered or missing packaging/components
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Spare parts (only replacement for defective or wrongly delivered spare parts)

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection
  • Replacements are issued only for eligible return cases

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
