Thank you for choosing JVL Classicware. We value your trust and aim to keep our policies clear and transparent.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if you receive:
- A wrong product
- A damaged item
- An item with dents, size mismatch, or missing/broken parts

Important Conditions
- Returns are applicable only for orders placed on www.jvlclassicware.com
- Orders delivered correctly and in good condition are not eligible for return, even if placed by mistake
- Please review product details and sizes carefully before placing your order
Returns Not Accepted For
- Used, misused, or altered products
- Items with tampered or missing packaging/components
- Customized or personalized items
- Spare parts (only replacement for defective or wrongly delivered spare parts)
Refunds & Replacements
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection
- Replacements are issued only for eligible return cases
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
