Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return window for eligible products in cases such as manufacturing defects, transit damage, size mismatches, or incorrect deliveries. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon approval, or a replacement will be issued for valid claims.
Please note: Orders that are delivered correctly and in good condition are not eligible for return, even if placed by mistake. Returns are also not accepted for used or customised items, or for orders placed through third-party platforms.
Shipping and Delivery
